Mystery Braid
Handmade from natural artisan tanned full grain leathers. The braided bracelet is one that has been around for a few generations now so I thought I should add it to the list of accessories here. Each time I do a public event I sell out of these completely so it would seem they are most definitely still a desired accessory.
The hide used for this one is a harness leather in a 5/6 oz. The color is referred to as a “sunset” which is a dark brown in appearance with some red/purple hues. Harness leather is very similar to our usual bridle leathers in the way they look and feel. After the tanning process they are hot stuffed with oils and tallow that penetrate through the hide for a smooth, well-oiled finish.
